Privacy Policy

Match data. Scores, sport type, timestamps, and team names you enter. This is stored so you can review your history and share match summaries.

Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed password. We do not store payment card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe.

Usage data. Basic request logs (IP address, user agent, URL) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

We use your data only to operate Scorekeep: storing your matches, sending account-related emails (password reset, billing receipts), and improving reliability. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Match summary links are publicly accessible to anyone with the URL. If you share a link, the recipient can view that match's scores without an account. You can delete a match at any time to revoke access.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting, Stripe for payments) or as required by law.

You can export or delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. To request deletion or a data export by email, contact us at privacy@scorekeep.app.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
